today my ankle hurts sooooooo much I don't know how to heal it but I wraped it up in a long fabric medical band-aid.It hurts soooooo much when I walk its like a pearsing screem in my ankle. My Dad thinks its spraind I think it just hurts. The hurting started afrter my swiming class.
