I was making sandwiches at my church and a lady says we don't use the but(heal). I ask Why? Some people don't like the buts. I think its a wast of food and the birds will com back for more then they would starve to death. I try not to think about it as I am spreading penut butter and jelly on a slice of bread. We had to put water and snacks in a bag with one sandwich.
